Zinedine Zidane
Zinedine Zidane continues his five-five playstyle, with an amazing attribute line that makes him one of the best passers and dribblers in the game. While Zidane is far from an instant-win player, he encourages great playmaking and strategy as he won't simply outplay his opponents. If the player is good at using fluid midfielders, Zidane will be the best choice.
Ruud Gullit
With an OVR of just 90, Ruud Gullit is the lowest rated idol on this list, but his price of 6.7 million coins speaks volumes about his quality. An all-around master in the midfield. While his base position is CAM, he has alternate positions for CM and ST, giving players tremendous formation flexibility, and with his Aerial+ tactics, he can win headers in both penalty areas.
Paolo Maldini
Paolo Maldini is one of the best defensive players in Ultimate Team, helping players stop deadly attackers like Eusebio.
