Diablo 4: How to get Flickerstep Boots

In Diablo 4, there are three ways to obtain Flash Step Boots: defeating world level 3 or above enemies in activities such as Rallying the Legion, Nightmare Dungeon, and World Boss, opening treasure chests or destroying objects, and defeating King Duriel using maggots.
This is a random drop, so it depends on your luck whether you get it or not. However, you can farm it to increase your chances of getting these boots.

How to Grow Twinkling Boots

If you farm a World Level 3 or higher Nightmare Dungeon, you can increase your chances of getting Blink Step Boots. In other words, you have to clear the Nightmare Dungeon to get the boots.
If you want better Blink Step Boots attachments, I highly recommend completing these campaigns and the World Level 4 Nightmare Dungeon. Even if you get world level 3 boots, you may not get the highest attribute affixes.
The final boss, Duriel, will drop his boots, so I recommend doing this fight at least once. Because not only will he drop these boots, but he may also drop some other unique items.
Summoning Duriel requires Slime Eggs and Shards of Pain, which are difficult to obtain and take time. There may not be many opportunities to play against him. But the drop is worth it. The disadvantage is that it is a level 100 boss. So even if you're level 100 or working with a team, this fight can be tricky.

Duriel has the poison ability. Stock up on anti-poison potions and equip your rings and amulets with emerald gemstones to increase your resistance to poison.
Duriel mainly attacks from the front, so attack from behind to avoid getting hit. This can be difficult with slow classes like the Necromancer.
If you use dodge and take your time, you can defeat Duriel. It took about 20 minutes because I didn't want to spoil the fight. But if he's one of the strongest classes this season, it probably won't take long to beat him.

If you don't have access to Flashstep Boots, don't have the items to summon Duriel, or don't have the confidence to defeat him at your level, you can either farm him in the Nightmare Dungeon or find the resources to summon him. Farm until you collect.
Each time you dodge an enemy, you gain a stacking ultimate cooldown reduction effect that stacks for up to 10 seconds, making these boots worth fighting for hours on end.
